Thule Audio specifications

Thule Audio was a Danish Hi-Fi manufacturer that produced integrated amplifiers, pre- and power amplifiers, AV surround amplifiers and VHF and DAB tuners. The devices were marketed under the Thule brand. Design and technology were praised as high quality.
The company was founded in 1989 and went bankrupt around 2008. The problems started with the introduction of the RoHS guidelines in 2006. In order to meet the requirements and to be able to deliver in the necessary quantity, the production - which had been at Thule Audio until then - was outsourced. This required large financial and human resources. This process led to a significant loss in product and service quality. As a result, the company could not be continued in this way.
