Former top model, which, starting from the basic concept of the Myro Whiskey, greatly expands the sound image in the mid and low tones due to the large membrane area. The large-volume, closed concept with excellent woofers provides a more even volume ratio of the first half-waves to the following half-waves with bass vibrations. The time coherence up to the low-frequency range is better as a result. Due to its geometry, which is reminiscent of an hourglass, the ultra-stable housing offers an optimal arrangement of the chassis for simultaneous radiation in the direction of the listener. Equality of time and the shape of the housing formed the basis for the naming. The huge curves milled from solid cherry wood in the range of midrange and tweeter ensure excellent omnidirectional behavior. This also benefits the frequency response, since there is no interference of direct sound with secondary sound waves due to edge refractions. In the mid-high-frequency range, the wavelengths of the sound are so short that they lie within the housing dimensions. Therefore, the near edges, in particular, play a significant role. The sound picture unfolds undisturbed, without time-shifted secondary sound waves. The result is an artifact-free, completely clear sound image. You can literally look into the music, into the room, into it. The woofers operate in closed volumes with a 2nd order high-pass filter and a cut-off frequency of about 41 Hz (-3 dB) / about 31 Hz (- 6 dB). To match the front panel of the Mundorf Air-Motion transformer, aluminum covers for the mid- and low-frequency chassis were designed.
