Stereo Receiver with RDS 1997 in the new Kenwood Design. 90 Watts (1 kHz, 1 %) at 4 ohms. No potentiometers, all controls are electronic as well as the input selection.
The front is completely made of plastic, the speaker terminals for 2 pairs consist only of spring terminals.
2 sockets on the back, standby and all out power switch on the front. System remote control with almost all receiver functions.
A look under the lid, which is fastened with at least 8 screws, arouses more enthusiasm :
The interior is very nicely clean and solidly constructed. The lush power supply is as convincing as the large massive heat sinks of the discrete power amplifier.
Two 8 Amp DEC relays for the speakers and the standby power supply are also mentioned.
