The Receiver was only for the American market were built and sold. It was never offered in Germany. At that time, however, individual copies were sold to military personnel in the PX shops of the US Armed Forces in Germany. If you are extremely lucky, you may still be able to catch such a device here in Germany. In general, this device is a pronounced rarity and is offered on ebay worldwide extremely rarely.
The scale lighting is done via 4 light bulbs with bayonet closure. The original bulbs were dipped in light blue lacquer. Colorless replacement bulbs are available here: BA9S, 6.3V 0.25A
