Semi-automatic test tone calibration for bias and level, very well adjustable
MPX filter for radio recordings can be switched on
The device no longer has a timer (like TC-K615)
The headphone output is not adjustable (like TC-K615 S)
Drive similar to TC-K 615 S. Compared to the 611 S from 1993, the equipment was "slimmed down",
compared to the TC-K715 S built 1 year earlier ( had no successor device anymore), there is no quartz control and no sapphire-reinforced drive shaft
belt, Sound heads, sound wave (capstan) and pressure roller have been the same on several Sony cassette decks (5xx and 6xx series) since 1993.
