  • The device is based on the Sony MDS-530, and therefore belongs only externally in the JB series. It has the external amenities of the 9er and the technology of the 5er.
  • Like the other devices of the JB series, the sheet metal is stronger than JE devices, bolted with a total of 7 screws (2 on the top).
  • Apparently only one model in black was available in Europe. If you wanted the silver model, you had to choose the JB 930 QS.
  • The device started on the market a little later than the other devices of the -30 series: instruction manual and tests are dated spring 2000.
  • Audio 3/2000: Upper class, good. 73 Points (75 p. digital, 70 p. analog)
