Version B: Technics SL-P 1 200b BBC Radio PRO Version, b stands for "broadcast" version of the SL-P1200.
Most important differences and similarities to the 1200 and 1300 models (source: AudioScope): The power supply is largely identical to that of the commercially available 1200, the drive and the servo control incl. Digital readout, filters, etc. are identical to the 1300er, so a newer version. Analog output stage with 16 bit Burr Brown conversion and balanced XLR outputs of the analog part. "Frame" display in the display for synchronization, fader start with a large fader instead of the "pitch function" as with the usual models.

Version X: The SL-P1200X is an intermediate model between the P1200 and P1300 with XLR outputs, control and synchronous BNC outputs and 3-position output level switches. No digital outputs but "subcode" output and DIN terminal for wired remote control.
Version P: The SL-P1200P is a radio-oriented version of the P1300 with a reduced speed function, a full-fledged fader and the display moved to the right side and was supplemented with a frame search.
