Photo of an OMS-7EII. The OMS-5EII has only 2 small buttons on the right side. On the left side of the OMS-5EII, the headphone output and the volume button are missing.
The inner workings of the two devices are absolutely identical, except for the extra boards required for the extra functions of the OMS-7EII. So I was only able to extend my OMS-5EII to remote controllability and programming capability with the infrared receiver of a defective OMS-7EII.
