Typical problems are in the drive, the gearshift gear for the Cassette ejection loosens due to an incorrect mounting bolt dimensioning.
Spare parts are no longer available, a mechanical tinkering solution is simply possible.
It starts with a "rattling" when the cassette is ejected.
Solution:
Removal of the drive (angled removal of the front panel ...), Search for gearshift gear (located somewhere on the bottom plate). Put the wheels back together and "tinker's solution" with metal clips and glue.
Otherwise a very good machine that also allows digital recordings.
Only recognizes certain DAT cassettes.
There is also a solution for this- keyword "Add holes in cassette".
