There are rumors that later discount models will be of a simpler design. Identification marks are supposed to be a missing partition inside the box, a tweeter taken from the lower series Odeon and the surround bipoles (silk black instead of gray, no felt ring) and a simpler speaker terminal. This brought the solidly constructed original model into disrepute due to poor sound experiences with the later model.
