The Audio-Connection Electronic GmbH was entered in the Commercial Register of Regensburg on 13.12.1983. The headquarters of the company was located in 93473 Arnschwang, OT Zenching
The business purpose was "The development, manufacture and distribution of high-quality Hi-Fi modules and loudspeaker systems"
The electronics technician Hans Peter Bode was the managing director and developer. Bode had also previously been active as a developer of the legendary "Kraft" power amplifiers of the Duisburg Vernissage Laboratory by Felix Klinkenberg and Rolf Gemein, where he also worked in the HiFi studio.
At least for a while, the speaker cabinets and amplifiers of the Audio-Connection brand were distributed via Taurus, which had temporarily included the manufacturer's integrated amplifier in its program under its own brand.
On 29.10.2013, the local court ordered the company to be liquidated due to lack of assets.
