On 17.03.2001, the Local Court of Munich published the deletion of the GmbH registered under the registration number HRB 86723.

The c25c66f8ac4fc39070aaa75c4c58c91a Transfer is the second generation of the Phonogen Transfer introduced in 1987. Externally, the c25c66f8ac4fc39070aaa75c4c58c91a is recognizable by the rectangular roof and floor plates, while on the older Phonogen , above and below the series of woofers, triangular extensions and, in the very early models, midrange drivers with a dust cover can still be found. Although both generations are based on the same design features, the switches and the loudspeakers are not identical and cannot be exchanged between the generations without conversion.
