Amato Audio is an Austrian manufacturer and distributor of Hi-Fi speakers and room acoustic elements. The company was founded in 2013 in Kirchstetten, Lower Austria. Amato Audio pursues the goal of creating optimal playback conditions by taking a holistic view of loudspeakers and room acoustics.
The speakers of the company are made by hand and offer extensive setting options to be able to adapt the playback to the premises. Regional services are also offered for the optimisation of room acoustics and for the installation of car hi-fi devices.
The company's largest floorstanding speaker has a specially developed arrangement of midrange drivers to control the radiation behavior. This arrangement is called E.O.D.P. technology (= expanded omnidirectional directivity pattern; eng.: extended omnidirectional radiation characteristic).
