Other models of the same series: There was a whole series of this series, which are equipped without a fan. Starting with 50W rated power (1" high), the second smallest model - the DVT 50S - with 100W rated power (2" high), and the bigger brother with 250W rated power (3" high).
In addition, there was a series with fans, which had higher performance with the same size. The flagship was a power amplifier with a rated power of 500W at 8 ohms, which easily gave off 1000W at 4 ohms. In mono operation, this power miracle produced over 4000W at 4 ohms! However, power amplifiers with fans are not suitable for home use because of the noise.

This device has been providing its service to me in an impeccable manner for over 20 years. The purchase on his part was a real godsend. A good friend with his own recording studio worked part-time in a professional music store. This ended the general representation for "Rauch" in Switzerland and liquidated all devices (The Rauch devices were far too good and too noble for professional use). He recommended the Rauch to me because he had the best experience with it in the studio. Since then I have been the proud owner of a DVT 50S and I enjoy it every day. The sound can easily compete with any "high-end" power amplifier of the same price range. Above all, the power reserves and the high damping factor are convincing. These power amplifiers are so carefully and well processed that they are intended for eternity.
