Both devices were the first in the new design for cassette decks from Pioneer with the central cassette compartment. The reference master drive was installed at an angle of 10° to the rear. Hifi Vision 10/1992: Hifi Vision Verdict: Very good. Reference in the class up to 1000 DM. It sounded very good, the equipment was excellent. Workmanship is good. Stereo 9/1992: Top class. Excel lent, 3 stars. "Mechanics and electronics at their best - it's a pity that there is no Dolby S version."
