CD synchro recordings possible with Marantz CD players
Rec mute (3 sec.)
also plays audio CDRW discs
Front made of sanded aluminum
Also remotely controllable in the system - changeover switch on the back (typical Marantz )
Other models of the same series: none, but similar in construction- next point
similar in construction to the Philips CDR-880, on the basis of which the DR 700 is built. However, it was tuned in many places, received the HDAM output amplifier modules and a number of capacitors new (in detail Stereoplay 12/1998). Both can also use the same remote control.
As with most devices of that time, only Audio CD-R and Audio CDRW discs could and can be burned. Marantz recommended CD-R 60 and CD-R 74
