The best CD player ever tested from the Harman forge: The HD 760 has repeatedly been praised in test reports for its lifelike and transparent sound. The HD 760 outperformed CD players, which were significantly more expensive than itself. The HD 760 owes its excellent sound to its sophisticated technology and careful workmanship. Instead of single transistors in the output stage, as in the predecessor HD7725, 4 single High Performance semiconductor IC's LT1363 from Linear Tech nologie pop up the converter output signals in the HD760 . According to Linear technology, these OPV have 70MHz Gain Bandwidth, 1000V/us Slew Rate! The headphone amplifier has a dual OPV M5218 installed.
